There are two churches in Kirtling, both quite a way from the centre of the village on the Saxon Street road. The Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception and St Neri is closest to the village and stands beside the road. The Anglican Church of All Saints is set back from the road, almost hidden from view.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,
We will remember them.
